Dumped On

Yesterday we got really dumped on with snow. We were almost all melted off in our front yard and here we go again. Caleb is so confused. He thought spring was here as soon as the snow melted and he was all set to get out his bike and sand toys. I've had to explain to him that in MN this IS Spring. Snow melts off, we get dumped. Snow melts off, we get dumped again. We'll go through this cycle several more times until the end of April and maybe, just maybe, the snow will be all gone by May. I have yet been able to put Katie in a cute spring-time Easter dress because it's always been cold and snowy. Well, it saves some money! People often say that while we do have four seasons, here in MN our seasons are: Almost Winter, Winter, Still Winter and Road Construction!! That's about it!!!
