Matt and I recently watched the movie Sweet Home Alabama from Netflix. It starred Reese Witherspoon, Josh Lucas and Patrick Dempsey. It was cute and funny. Basically, rural southern town girl marries her high school sweetheart then moves away to New York to become a fashion designer. She then meets and gets engaged to the son of the mayor of New York. Before she can wed she must secure her divorce from her backwoods hubby. It's a sweet movie that speaks of childhood roots, choices, and being true to oneself. This was a cute, funny, movie best enjoyed for a date night or as a chick flick.
