Katie Updates

Here are some pictures and two videos of events from Katie's life in the past few months.

Katie had the fun and privilege of singing at the MN State Capitol with her fourth grade class. They did a really cool recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. It truly gave me goose bumps hearing these young kids recite this in the echoing rotunda of our state capitol building. I thought about the liberty and justice that Katie now has a right to receive and how even 25 years ago that was NOT true! Even with all the challenges our country faces right now I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the world or bring up my kids anywhere else.
